When you order multiple items, you may receive each product at a different time. Many of our products are sourced from many designers and are shipped separately, so please refer to each items delivery time.
You can track the status of the delivery once we send you an email from the courier (where applicable) see more on delivery.
HOW LONG WILL MY DELIVERY TAKE?
Each item has a different delivery time so please refer to the items individual delivery time. Please note that all stated delivery times are only a guideline.
WHAT IF I NEED MY ORDER QUICKER THAN THE DELIVRY GUIDELINE?
If you want your item delivered quicker than the stated delivery guideline, you can click the "CHECK FOR FASTER DELIVERY ON THIS ITEM" link which is on every item product page. If the item is listed on the faster shipping page, you can pay more for shipping and get your item quicker.
At the moment we do not offer a express shipping options on every item. However some items do have shorter delivery times than others, so check them before you make your purchase.
WHAT COUNTIRES DO YOU DELIVER TO?
You can view the list of countries we delivery to here. Some items are limited to certain countries for delivery, these items will be marked as US only for example.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY FOR INTERNATIONAL TAXES & IMPORT DUTIES?
VAT is included in all prices quoted on the website and your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and you should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.
We've marked some of our items that may be subject to import duties, however this is just a guideline. As we deliver worldwide every item may be subject to import duties.
Fashion Passionate cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENTS IN US DOLLARS IF I DON'T USE US DOLLARS?
We use Paypal to complete secure transactions, and they handle the currency conversion. You don't need to worry about the conversion from US dollars to your own currency. See: payments for more information.
WHAT COUNTRY ARE YOU BASED IN?
We're based in China, however all of our products are shipped from many worldwide destinations, therefore any purchase may be eligible for import duties (see above). If you wish to know if a specific product is being shipped from your own country please contact us with the product name. Contact Us

If you have purchased an item from our website you can send us a picture of you wearing the item here. Not all pictures are chosen but all pictures are posted to our blog.

CAN I RECEIVE UPDATES OF NEW ITEMS?
We're currently making updates to our mailing list, in the mean time you can stay updated with all our new fashion items via our blog.
HOW CAN I VIEW MY PURCHASE DETAILS?
Once your purchase an item from us, you will receive a digital receipt via PayPal. This will be as an email sent directly to you. The digital receipt will also consist of a transaction ID which is the same as your order number. Please use this if you wish to contact us about any details concerning your purchase.
THE RECIPET DELIVERED WITH MY ITEM IS NOT THE SAME AS MY PAYPAL RECIEPT?
You will only receive once receipt for your purchase, which will be sent via PayPal. You may receive a receipt with your order that shows a different price to your PayPal receipt - this is a wholesale price that doesn't relate to your purchase. Sometimes we send our items directly from the fashion makers’ warehouse, so the information provided with your delivery can sometimes be separate to the information on your digital receipt.
The information on your receipt may also be different to your digital receipt as in order to keep a flat rate of $10 delivery some items are priced to accommodate delivery to any destination. So please refer to your digital receipt for any transaction details (paypal email).
